A few months ago, I stepped away from social media — not by choice exactly, but by circumstance.

Like many things online these days, conversations can drift away from creativity and connection and toward noise. Rather than compromise my principles or turn something personal into something political, I chose to step back. For a while, that meant my Instagram and Facebook presence disappeared entirely.

And honestly… the pause wasn’t all bad.

It gave me time to refocus on what mattered most: photography, storytelling, aviation, travel, and the simple joy of exploring places through a lens. Over the past months, this blog has quietly grown into something special — a space centered on moments, not arguments; experiences, not opinions.

So today feels like a fresh departure.

I’m happy to share that Katana_Pilot is back on Instagram — this time with a clear purpose and a clean slate.

If you’ve followed my journey before — welcome back aboard.

If you’re new here — I’m glad you found your way.

Sometimes a reset isn’t a setback. Sometimes it’s just a new takeoff.
