These factors now directly influence launch probability calculations, giving a clearer picture of what might actually happen on launch day — not just what’s planned.
Smarter Launch Probability
One of the biggest improvements in 1.7 is accuracy and transparency.
• The Launch Probability bar now precisely matches the displayed percentage.
• A new Confidence indicator (Low / Medium / High) helps you understand reliability at a glance.
• Tap “Why?” to see the reasoning behind the probability score.
Instead of guessing, SkyLaunch now explains the signals driving the prediction.
A Learning System
SkyLaunch now learns over time.
The app evaluates how reliable launch providers and historical outcomes are and adjusts probability weighting automatically. The more launches that occur, the smarter the predictions become.
In other words — SkyLaunch evolves with the space industry itself.
Built for the Real World (Even Offline)
Space enthusiasts aren’t always connected, especially when chasing launches near remote viewing areas.
Version 1.7 introduces:
• Offline Mode — launches are cached locally using SwiftData
• Browse upcoming and recent launches without an internet connection
• Faster loading and smoother browsing
